Life, as I see it : Being Positive

our life is full of loads, stresses and hard works. Sometimes we feel demotivated and think about our decision. What if I’m doing wrong? What if this is not the right way to do it? Or maybe I’m not good enough. These type of thoughts blow up our mind. Don’t panic, its natural. Just calm down, breathe, repair your wound and then take control once again.
            This is life. We don’t always hold the same energy or motivation. But we can’t give up at the first place. To achieve our goal we have to work hard. We feel overload, stressed sometimes. Due to this, feeling demotivated, not to have enough courage and faith in yourself, thinking about the whole thing once again is Okay. we can’t run away from these feelings. They eventually come to our mind. But we can deal with it by being positive and having a little bit of faith in ourselves. Whether in our studies, managing our career, pursuing our dream job there is always a break point, when we feel low, question our ability, starting to doubt our decision.                               At this point many of us quit, in spite of having the potential to do it. So what I am saying is, just before giving up think about what you have acquired. If not then envisaged, why you wanted it. Motivate yourself saying that feeling low is not a big deal after all. Its okay. You can get over it eventually.
 

Eliminate your distractions

    Identify those things that divert your mindfulness. If that is gadget or device then leave it at aside or put it away from you. If that’s people then a clear chat is a good idea. Don’t make any excuses why you have not started yet. There is no perfect time to start it. Get it on right away. Try to understand yourself, why you haven’t begin yet. What is going on inside your head or what are you up to.

Do some excersise or yoga

  our mind as well as our body has to be active to be lively and spirited. If our body doesn’t feel well enough then you our mind also somehow down. Therefore move your body, practice some yoga, meditation or exercise what u love to do. If you feed your body that will good for mind to.

Take control on your actions

Negative comments from outsiders even family, friends slay our willingness in no time. Don’t let naysayers stop you. Whatever you do, you can’t make happy everyone at the same time. Instead of this, I will suggest do what you want. Other than you nobody understand how badly you want that thing in your life. Put  yourself together, take steps. This is your wake up call. If not now then never. May be everybody will be laughing and criticizing  you at first, thinking that you act like dumb. Never mind. When you reach the top on the success leader they will come to you. So, don’t loose your heart dear. 

Set your goals

 Where are you headed? Setting goals and then work hard to achieve it, is give you purpose of life. But this isn’t everything. Stay focused. Be persistent that matters the most. Its just you and your dream or goal. You have to do whatever it takes. Thinking is not enough, be realistic, visualize your goals. otherwise you are setting yourself up to failure. Develop a routine. when you stick to your routine it will be easy to follow as well as the deadlines. You can execute that task before the end meets. 
                         Zig Ziglar once said “If you aim at nothing, you will hit it everytime”.
 

Track your progress

 How well have you done? Is this the result you wanted from yourself?  this would be your question to your own-self after a certain days. This will help you to track your progress like how far you come, how well you perform or how far you now to achieve your goal. 
                                  While working, don’t be  multitasker. Give your whole attention to the work that you are doing. So within a very short time you can finish your task. When you do this your chances of success go way up.  Reviewing your plans often. Check carefully whether you need to add in short term goals or remove something from it.

Reward yourself

Whenever you achieve the goal what you had set, reward yourself. I am not asking for big things. just go out, eat ice cream, buy a book do those little things you are craving for. This could be as simple as hanging out nearby with friends, eating your favorite ice cream go to spa like that. for all your hard work. you can take it as payback to yourself. whatever rewards will make your way towards your goal, you should be giving yourself. 
 

Cut your task

 long term goals sometimes burden ourselves. Cut that into short term goals. These will feel light and you also get motivation to do the next goal. Doing this way things will be easy to manage. If you want to succeed you must create a grand clear vision. Your heart has to be agreed with your vision. Otherwise it will be difficult for you. 

Don't hard on yourself

 Failure is part of our life. When you try to do new thing sometimes success is not come so easily. We fail and then try again. This time don’t hard on yourself. Don’t think about give up. Just give some time to yourself. After that with a light mind just think why even you start it in first place. I think you will get your answer. you know your worth better than anyone. So leave that thing for some time. Try to do other things, those make you super happy. It would be anything like talking to your bestie, watching a movie etc. Then give it a shot. I hope you will succeed. If the above way doesn’t work for you then try to think differently. 

Take break & pamper yourself

work hard to achieve you goal is to good. But don’t forget to remember to take care of your mental as well as physical health. Taking break after certain time is the best thing you can do to your body and mind. your body will thank you later. invest sometime to nourish.
 

Learn self talk

 learning positive self talk is the most important thing. I do this frequently. So many of you thought what i m talking about? why Self-talk right? To me self talk is like talking to inner me. We all know our subconscious mind observes little details that we missed. That’s why it’s important. When we face difficulties or fails to do something we frustrated. we don’t even try to think ‘why’. We just leave or quit. That is the time when self talk is needed the most. Just sit and ask yourself. You can get all the answers eventually.
